NEW YORK, March 20, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Regency Affiliates, Inc. (OTC Pink: RAFI) ("Regency") today announced that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 7.25 cents per common share on April 6, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of trading on March 31, 2023.
