Boeing (BA) set to collaborate with Shield AI for defense programs

Boeing (NYSE: BA) announced in a press release Wednesday that the aerospace company has signed a memorandum of understanding with Shield AI to explore a strategic collaboration in the areas of autonomous capabilities and artificial intelligence on current and future defense programs.

Jefferies believes plane backlogs span more than 10 years

In a note assessing plane demand, Jefferies analyst Sheila Kahyaoglu told investors that medium and long-term production rates are "supported by 10-year backlogs."
