American States Water Company Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2022 Results
March 1, 2023 5:00 PM EST$0.05 per share decrease in recorded fourth quarter consolidated diluted EPS compared to fourth quarter of 2021, or $0.05 per share increase as adjusted Fourth quarter recorded results reflect 2021 water rates. 2022 water rates, if approved as settled, would be retroactive to January 1, 2022 and would have add $0.09 per share to the quarter.
