Banc of California Announces Quarterly Dividend Increase of 67% to $0.10 and $35 Million Stock Repurchase Program
February 13, 2023 6:02 AM ESTSANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its outstanding common stock. This dividend represents an increase of $0.04 per share, or 66.7%, over the dividend paid in the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable on April 3, 2023 to stockholders of record as of March 15, 2023. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $35 million of the Companys common stock.
