(Nasdaq: MCRI) (Monarch or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized a one-time cash dividend of $5.00 per share of its outstanding common stock. The one-time cash dividend is payable on March 15, 2023, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2023.
