BuzzFeed (NASDAQ: BZFD) shares surged another 28% Friday after Thursday's almost 120% jump on the news of its deal with Meta Platforms and plan to use artificial intelligence for some of its content.

Reacting to the report, analysts at Craig Hallum and BofA were positive on the news.

The Wall Street Journal reports BuzzFeed Inc. (BZFD) announced in a memo sent to staff on Thursday that the internet media company will rely on ChatGPT creator OpenAI to enhance its quizzes and personalize some content for its audiences.
