AXIS Capital Reports Fourth Quarter Net Income Available to Common Shareholders of $41 Million, or $0.48 Per Diluted Common Share and Operating Income of $167 Million, or $1.95 Per Diluted Common Shar

For the fourth quarter of 2022, the Company reports:

Annualized return on average common equity ("ROACE") of 4.2% and annualized operating ROACE of 16.9% Book value per diluted common share of $46.95, an increase of $3.45, or 7.9%, compared to September 30, 2022

For the year ended 2022, the Company reports:
