(Nasdaq: CDNA) The Transplant Company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of clinically differentiated, high-value healthcare solutions for transplant patients and caregivers today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a common stock repurchase program of up to $50 million of shares over a period of up to 24 months.
