Aura Biosciences Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
November 30, 2022 8:50 PM ESTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aura Biosciences, Inc. (Aura) (Nasdaq: AURA), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing a novel class of virus-like drug conjugate (VDC) therapies for multiple oncology indications, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6,700,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering to Aura are expected to be $80.4 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
