Jefferies analyst Akash Tewari was the latest Wall Street analyst to weigh in on the takeover prospects of Horizon Therapeutics (NASDAQ: HZNP) after the company announced Tuesday that it is in preliminary talks with three large pharmaceutical companies about a potential buyout.
