November 28, 2022 4:01 PM ESTHOUSTON, Nov. 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alaunos Therapeutics, Inc. (Alaunos or the Company) (Nasdaq: TCRT), a clinical-stage oncology-focused cell therapy company, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock. In addition, Alaunos expects to grant to the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of shares of the common stock sold in the public offering.
