Natera Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering

(Nasdaq: NTRA), a global leader in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 11,430,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $35.00 per share.
