ONEOK Announces $750 Million Notes Offering
November 15, 2022 5:10 PM ESTTULSA, Okla., Nov. 15, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) today announced that it has priced an offering to sell $750 million of 10-year senior notes at a coupon of 6.10%.
The net proceeds from the offering, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be $742 million.
