Insteel Industries Declares Regular Quarterly and Special Cash Dividends
November 15, 2022 4:05 PM ESTMOUNT AIRY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Insteel Industries Inc. (NYSE: IIIN) today announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share and a special cash dividend of $2.00 per share of common stock payable on December 23, 2022, to shareholders of record as of December 9, 2022.
