SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) and General Motors (GM) today announced an agreement to investigate the feasibility of integrating bidirectional Electric Vehicles (EVs) into the electric grid as a local energy resource.
