Cheniere Partners Reports Third Quarter 2022 Results and Reconfirms Full Year 2022 Distribution Guidance

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (Cheniere Partners) (NYSE American: CQP) today announced its financial results for third quarter 2022.

HIGHLIGHTS

Adjusted EBITDA1 of $1.5 billion and $3.5 billion for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, respectively. Net loss of $514 million and $13 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, respectively. Declared a cash distribution of $1.070 per common unit to unitholders of record as of November 3, 2022, comprised of a base amount equal to $0.775 and a variable amount equal to $0.295.
