Intercontinental Exchange Approves Fourth Quarter Dividend of $0.38 per Share

ATLANTA & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading global provider of data, technology, and market infrastructure, announced today a $0.38 per share dividend for the fourth quarter of 2022, which is up 15% from the $0.33 per share dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2021. The cash dividend is payable on December 30, 2022 to stockholders of record as of December 15, 2022. The ex-dividend date is December 14, 2022.
