PEOPLES FINANCIAL SERVICES CORP. Declares Fourth Quarter 2022 Dividend

SCRANTON, Pa., Oct. 28, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp. (NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.40 per share. The $0.40 dividend represents a 5.3% increase over the dividend declared in the fourth quarter of 2021 of $0.38 per share. The dividend is payable December 15, 2022 to shareholders of record November 30, 2022.
