October 11, 2022 4:15 PM EDTCOLUMBUS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of 1.57 dollars per share, payable on December 1, 2022, to shareholders of record on November 18, 2022.
