Workiva (WK) Base Case Takeover Seen in Mid-to-High $80s - BMO
September 28, 2022 5:53 PM EDTBMO Capital analyst Daniel Jester weighed in on Workiva (NYSE: WK) following reports from Bloomberg News that wo private equity firms are potentially interested in acquiring the company. Jester said that given recent takeover premiums the software sector, they think a base case offer would likely be in the mid to high $80/share range (~6.5-7x FY23 sales).
