NuZee Prices $3.4 Million Underwritten Public Offering of Common Stock

(NASDAQ: NUZE), a leading U.S. producer and co-packer of single serve coffee formats, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 4,200,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $0.82 per share, resulting in anticipated gross proceeds to NuZee of approximately $3.4 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
