(NYSE: SEAS), a leading theme park and entertainment company, today reported its financial results for the second quarter and first six months of fiscal year 2022[1] and announced that its Board of Directors approved a new $250.0 million share repurchase program (the "Share Repurchase Program").
Second Quarter 2022 Highlights
Attendance was 6.3 million guests, an increase of 0.5 million guests or 7.8% from the second quarter of 2021.
