AMGEN ANNOUNCES 2022 THIRD QUARTER DIVIDEND

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., Aug. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $1.94 per share dividend for the third quarter of 2022. The dividend will be paid on September 8, 2022, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 18, 2022.
