Perion Network (PERI) Tops Q2 EPS by 11c; Offers FY22 Revenue Guidance

Perion Network (NASDAQ: PERI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.51, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $146.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $146.12 million.
