Runway Growth Announces Third Quarter 2022 Dividend of $0.33

(Nasdaq: RWAY) (Runway Growth), a leading provider of flexible capital solutions to late- and growth-stage companies seeking an alternative to raising equity, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a third quarter 2022 cash distribution of $0.33 per share. This dividend represents an increase of 10% over the dividend declared in the prior quarter; and the third consecutive quarter of dividend increases since becoming a listed company.
