Allison Transmission Declares Quarterly Dividend

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per share on the Companys common stock for the second quarter of 2022. Payment will be made on May 27, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 16, 2022.

The payment of any future dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will be dependent upon Allison Transmissions financial position, results of operations, available cash, cash flow, capital requirements and other factors deemed relevant... More
