Morgan Stanley Double Upgrades M&T Bank (MTB) to Overweight, 'Rate Sensitivity Trumps Credit Fears'

Morgan Stanley analyst Betsy L. Graseck upgraded M&T Bank (NYSE: MTB) from Underweight to Overweight with a price target of $238.00 (from $179.00).
