March 29, 2022 6:50 AM EDTGRAPEVINE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Solo Brands, Inc., (NYSE: DTC) a direct-to-consumer platform for rapidly growing lifestyle brands (the Company, we or our), today announced its financial results for the three and twelve month periods ended December 31, 2021.
The operating results in 2021 include the activity of Oru, ISLE, and Chubbies post-acquisition. The operating results of these acquisitions were not included in our financial results in the prior year.
