MFA Financial, Inc. Announces Dividend of $0.11 per Share

NEW YORK, March 11, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE:  MFA) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend for the first quarter of 2022 of $0.11 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on April 29, 2022, to common stockholders of record on March 22, 2022.

MFA also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which MFA may repurchase up to $250 million of its common stock through the end of 2023. The Board's authorization replaces the... More
