DocuSign (DOCU) Stock Plunges 16% on Light Outlook, Oppenheimer Downgrades to Perform on Several Concerns
March 11, 2022 8:11 AM ESTShares of DocuSign (NASDAQ: DOCU) are down almost 17% in premarket trading Friday after the company released a weaker-than-expected Q1 revenue forecast.
The company reported Q4 adjusted EPS of 48c, up from 37c YoY and in line with analyst expectations of 48c. Loss per share was reported at 15c, compared with loss per share of 38c in the year-ago period. Revenue came in at $580.8 million, up 35% YoY and above the consensus estimates of $561.6 million.
