James River Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results, Strategic Actions
February 28, 2022 4:15 PM ESTPEMBROKE, Bermuda, Feb. 28, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- James River Group Holdings, Ltd. ("James River" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: JRVR) today reported a fourth quarter 2021 net loss of $66.3 million ($1.78 per diluted share), compared to a net loss of $20.3 million ($0.66 per diluted share) for the fourth quarter of 2020. Adjusted net operating loss1 for the fourth quarter of 2021 was $67.5 million ($1.81 per diluted share), compared to an adjusted net operating loss of $29.0 million ($0.95 per diluted share) for the same period in 2020.
