AMD Announces New $8 Billion Share Repurchase Authorization
February 24, 2022 4:05 PM ESTSANTA CLARA, Calif., Feb. 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) today announced that its board of directors approved a new $8 billion share repurchase program. The new authorization is in addition to the $4 billion share repurchase program announced in May 2021, under which the company has repurchased approximately $3 billion of shares of AMD common stock.
