Stericycle, Inc. Reports Results For the Fourth Quarter 2021
February 24, 2022 7:00 AM ESTBANNOCKBURN, Ill., Feb. 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stericycle, Inc. (Nasdaq: SRCL) today reported results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2021 and also announced a Regulated Waste and Compliance (RWCS) acquisition.
Revenues for the fourth quarter were $657.3 million, an increase of 0.2% compared to $655.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2020.  Organic revenues increased 3.5% when excluding the impact of divestitures and foreign exchange rates. Income from operations was $8.2 million, compared to $93.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2020.  Net loss was $17.2 million, or $0.19 diluted loss per share, compared to net income of $48.5 million, or $0.53 diluted...
