Flushing Financial Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend to $0.22 per Share
February 23, 2022 5:30 PM ESTUNIONDALE, N.Y., Feb. 23, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the Company) (Nasdaq-GS: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the Bank), today announced that the Board of Directors (the Board) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.22 per common share, an increase of $0.01 per share from the prior quarters dividend, payable on March 25, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2022.
