PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2021 Results
February 3, 2022 4:30 PM ESTWESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (NYSE: PMT) today reported a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $27.3 million, or $(0.28) per common share on a diluted basis for the fourth quarter of 2021, on net investment income of $49.5 million. PMT previously announced a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2021 of $0.47 per common share of beneficial interest, which was declared on December 7, 2021 and paid on January 31, 2022 to common shareholders of record as of December 31, 2021.
