Snap-on Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results

Diluted EPS of $4.10 in the quarter increases 7.3% from 2020 and 33.1% from pre-pandemic 2019;
Sales of $1,108.3 million in the quarter up 3.2% from 2020, organic sales up 2.3%;
Sales in the quarter up 16.0% from pre-pandemic levels of 2019, organic sales up 13.0%
