ManpowerGroup Reports 4th Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results
February 1, 2022 7:30 AM ESTMILWAUKEE, Feb. 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) today reported net earnings of $2.02 per diluted share for the three months ended December 31, 2021 compared to $1.33 per diluted share in the prior year period. Net earnings in the quarter were $111.1 million compared to $76.2 million a year earlier. Revenues for the fourth quarter were $5.4 billion, a 6% increase from the prior year period.
The current year quarter included ettain group transaction and integration costs. These costs reduced earnings per share by $0.18 in the current quarter. Excluding these costs, earnings per share was $2.20 per diluted... More
