February 1, 2022 6:00 AM ESTNEW BRITAIN, Conn., Feb. 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ --Â Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) today announced fourth quarter and full year 2021 financial results. Â
The Company's results represent continuing operations and exclude the commercial electronic security and healthcare businesses following the announced divestiture in December 2021, unless specifically noted. This transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022. These businesses previously were included in the Security segment and have been recorded as discontinued operations.Â
