Veritex Holdings, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock
January 25, 2022 4:01 PM ESTDALLAS, Jan. 25, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veritex Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: VBTX) (Veritex or the Company), the parent holding company for Veritex Community Bank, today announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be paid on or after February 25, 2022 to shareholders of record as of February 11, 2022.
