NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FB Financial Corporation (the Company) (NYSE: FBK), parent company of FirstBank, reported net income of $48.8 million, or $1.02 per diluted common share, compared to $0.95 per diluted common share in the same quarter last year and $0.94 in the previous quarter.
