December 14, 2021 4:28 PM ESTLegend Biotech Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGN) (Legend Biotech), a global clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery and development of novel cell therapies for oncology and other indications, today announced that it intends to offer and sell $300.0 million of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing two ordinary shares, in an underwritten public offering. All ADSs to be sold in the proposed offering will be offered by Legend Biotech.
