(NASDAQ: QNRX) 61% HIGHER; announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Quoin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., has entered into an exclusive Distribution Agreement with Orpharm LLC (Orpharm) for QRX003, the Company's investigational treatment for Netherton Syndrome, a rare and devastating genetic disease, for which there is currently no available treatment or cure.

Gemini Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: GMTX) 34.8% HIGHER; H.C. Wainwright initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $20.00.

CF Acquisition Corp. VI (NASDAQ: CFVI) 11% HIGHER; gains as Trump Media & Technology Group (NASDAQ: DWAC) has entered into a wide-ranging technology and cloud services agreement with Rumble Inc. Rumble is merging with SPAC CF Acquisition Corp. VI.

Universal Electronics Inc. (NASDAQ: UEIC) 9.6% HIGHER; announced that the United States International Trade Commission (ITC or the Commission) publicly issued its favorable final determination in UEIs patent infringement case against Roku, Inc. (Roku), concluding several Roku products infringe a UEI patent and barring the importation and sale of those products. The orders will become final on January 9, 2022, following the expiration of a Presidential review period.

Roblox (NYSE: RBLX) 8.8% LOWER; Disappointing November 2021 Key Metrics

Legend Biotech Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGN) 7.5% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell $300.0 million of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing two ordinary shares, in an underwritten public offering.

Leslies, Inc. (Nasdaq: LESL) 5.3% LOWER; announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock (the Offering) by certain of the Companys non-management stockholders (the Selling Stockholders). The Selling Stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares of common stock. The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the proceeds from the Offering. Leslies is not offering any shares of its common stock in the Offering and will not receive any proceeds from the Offering, including from any exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares. Settlement is scheduled for December 16, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

Digital World Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: DWAC) 5.9% HIGHER; Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), today announced that it has entered into a wide-ranging technology and cloud services agreement with Rumble Inc. (Rumble). As part of the partnership, Rumble will deliver video and streaming for TRUTH Social. TMTG and Rumble are also in exclusive negotiations for Rumble to provide infrastructure and video delivery services for TMTGs Subscription Video On-Demand product, TMTG+.

American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVCT) 4.9% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a sale of equity securities to an institutional investor. The initial gross proceeds from the current sale will total $25 million, and combined with the November equity raise, may provide up to approximately $76 million of gross cash proceeds to the company in aggregate, if and when all warrants issued pursuant to the transactions are fully exercised.

Skillsoft (NYSE: SKIL) 4.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.32), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $170.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $168.46 million. Skillsoft sees FY2022 revenue of $685-700 million, versus the consensus of $674.64 milion.

ViewRay, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRAY) 2.6% HIGHER; received FDA 510(k) clearance for its next generation of MRI-guided radiation therapy features, focused on enhancing on-table adaptive workflow and expanding clinical utility. MRIdian A3i includes a suite of new features to streamline on-table adaptive workflow and provide the potential to reduce treatment times, along with a new brain treatment package expanding clinical utility into cranial stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic radiation therapy (SRT).

Lannett (NYSE: LCI) 2.3% HIGHER; sees insider buying from CEO and CFO.

Lowe's Cos. (NYSE: LOW) 2.2% LOWER; forecast full-year 2022 revenue and profit below analysts' estimates, signaling that a pandemic-driven surge in demand for home improvement products would wane.

Park Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: PK) 2.2% LOWER; Goldman Sachs downgraded from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $18.00.

Laureate Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: LAUR) 2% HIGHER; announced that its board of directors approved an increase in the Company's existing share repurchase program, from $500 million to $600 million, to acquire shares of the Company's Common Stock. The Company has repurchased approximately $435 million of shares under the authorization to-date.

Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) 1.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.56, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $960.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $954.73 million. Toro Company sees FY2022 EPS of $3.90-$4.10, versus the consensus of $3.59.
