Seacoast Commerce Bank (CCB) Announces $30M Stock Offering
December 13, 2021 4:59 PM ESTCoastal Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: CCB) (Coastal or the Company), the holding company for Coastal Community Bank (the Bank), today announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of $30.0 million of its common stock. Coastal expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $4.5 million of its common stock.
