Lucid Group (LCID) Prices $1.75B Convertible Senior Notes Offering
December 10, 2021 5:26 AM ESTLucid Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: LCID) today announced the pricing of its offering of $1,750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.25% convertible senior notes due 2026 (the "notes") in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").
