MAA Announces Increase to Quarterly Common Dividend
December 7, 2021 4:15 PM ESTGERMANTOWN, Tenn., Dec. 7, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â MAA (NYSE: MAA)Â today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend payment of $1.0875 per share of common stock to be paid on January 31, 2022, to shareholders of record on January 14, 2022, representing a 6.1% increase over the prior rate.
