Owens Corning Announces 35% Dividend Increase
December 2, 2021 4:30 PM ESTTOLEDO, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Owens Corning (NYSE: OC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per common share, a 35% increase compared with the prior quarterly dividend. The dividend will be payable on January 21, 2022, to shareholders of record as of January 7, 2022.
