Braze Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

("Braze") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $65.00 per share. Braze is offering 6,700,000 shares of Class A common stock and the selling stockholders named in the prospectus are offering 1,300,000 shares of Class A common stock.
