Desert Peak Minerals Inc. Launches Initial Public Offering

("Desert Peak") announced today that it has launched an all primary initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock ("common stock") at an anticipated initial offering price between $20.00 and $23.00 per share pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
