Ball Corporation Board Declares Quarterly Dividend, Elects Dune Ives as Director
October 27, 2021 4:22 PM EDTWESTMINSTER, Colo., Oct. 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Ball Corporation's (NYSE: BLL) board of directors today declared a cash dividend of 20 cents per share, payable Dec. 15, 2021, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 1, 2021.
The board also elected Dune Ives, CEO of Lonely Whale and 52HZ, to serve as a director of the corporation.
