October 27, 2021 5:41 AM EDTClarus Corporation (NASDAQ: CLAR), announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2,750,000 shares of its common stock for total expected gross proceeds of $74,250,000, before underwriting fees and estimated offering expenses. The Company also granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 412,500 shares of common stock.
